When you sign up for monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

If you sign up for an annual subscription, you are billed for the entire year at the start of your subscription. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused.

You get 14 free days to try out our software with no commitments or contracts. When you near the end of your trial we will send you a reminder to update your billing information to ensure  your service does not get interrupted. You can imput your billing information into in your account settings. If your account does expire before you enter your billing information (please don't panic), information won't be deleted. You will be able to go into your account settings to enter your info and so you can continue using Smart Deskpal.

YES! You have the ability to import your existing customers using a CSV or vCard file. Smart Deskpal also syncs with QuickBooks, so will have the option to import your customers from QuickBooks as well.
